Still Waters Stress Ctr

I visit Still Waters Stress center weekly and Im addicted ! The center is always spotless, the staff is fabulous.and Michelle and Albina are the best massage therapists that Ive ever had work on me. I would highly reccomend and would not go any where else. For the unclean response posted ?? NO WAY !!! abosolutely spotless!!!!!! see for yourself.......... Great place !!! As far as the negative response on the smokers - so what - what people do in private is their business.....My Dr smokes, that dosent make him less of a Dr........ more

I've heard a lot of good things about this place from others in town, but I felt like it left a lot to be desired. I get massages on average about once per month to help with chronic muscle tension and I've tried many different massage therapists since I moved here 3 years ago trying to find just the right fit for me. This was the next step in finding the right massage therapist. Unfortunately, when I walked inside it felt a little unclean, not what one would expect from a place that is attempting to promote health & wellness and where people are going to be working on your body. The walls were not calming or soothing colors, it was crowded with massage chairs where a therapist was working on someone right in the lobby area which was more of a distraction than an up-selling technique. My therapist seemed nice and she did a pretty decent full body massage. However, I did specifically ask for my massage to be focused on my upper back because I was having trouble in that area - it was the last part of the body worked on and the least amount of time was spent on the upper back. Just when I felt like I was maybe going to get some relief from the tension-filled areas, the massage was over - again, leaving a lot to be desired. I do have to say that the most obnoxious part about the whole experience was when I came out after the massage to the front desk to pay, the receptionist and the 2 therapists that just got done working announced that they were going out for a smoke break. Maybe I'm a bit of a snob when it comes to certain things, but in a place that is meant to be promoting wellness, healthy living, serene, peaceful and stress-free living, I'm pretty sure the last thing that should be discussed in front of clients is the strong desire to go out back and smoke a cigarette. Feel free to do it, but keep it to yourself. For me, an already uncertain customer because of the less than clean and sleek look expected from a massage business, this last piece just made me certain I'll never return. There are other places in the area with more professional staff, cleaner environment and offer massages at the same rate. more

A friend referred me to Still Waters Stress Center about 2 years ago. I was very impressed by the friendly customer service and accomodations. I've struggled with back problems for quite some time, and after receiving Therapeutic massages I feel like a new person. I no longer feel tension or crampness in my neck. Still Waters Stress Center has a very calming and soothing atmoshpere. I would recommend Still Waters to anyone. The complete staff are personable and are more than happy to share their knowledge and recommenadtions. Pros: On-Site Parking, Competitive Prices, Variety of Services, Prompt Appointments Cons: Honestly couldn't find anything wrong. more
