The Garden District's Still Perkin' serves the best iced coffee in town. It is cold-dripped coffee, not hot coffee poured over ice. Top it off with a bagel and cream cheese and yu have a good start to a great day. Pros: Lots of pastries, sandwiches Cons: Limited parking more
