I paid 10,000.00 for a new AC\Heat unit installation. The product has never worked. The owner has canceled my follow-up appointment without notice and has since blocked my home phone number from receiving calls from me. Examples of how I have been taken advantage of are the following: last summer it was more than 99 degrees in my home the AC units never worked the blades won't turn on for either of the units, and in the winter, my 5 children slept in my bedroom so they could keep warm by my electric fireplace. Finally,the owner told me I am welcome to call another company because he will not fix my problem. Consumers be ware call another company before you call this company or you are literally throwing your money out the window. They are not professional, they didn't even put all my vents on the units I had to call them within a few weeks to have that done. There is nothing I repeat nothing right about a company who refuses to stand by a product that cost thousands. Please avoid having to go to court, as I am now prepairing to do to get my money back. Do not go near this company if you value your hard earned money.
