Steve's Plumbing Service

Steve's Plumbing came to the property to locate a county clean out. Wereloe was assigned the task of physically locating it. After much digging, it was found. He let me know what was happening throughout the process. He laid a tarp over my new concrete apron to protect it which was really good. Once he was complete, he hosed the area down and there was no evidence he was here other than a new clean out. Much appreciated his attitude and work ethic. Lucky to have him in your employ. more

No wonder the comments here are all five stars, because they deleted all the comments below the five stars. My comments they deleted repeatedly! I DON'D GIVE THEM STAR !!! A few days ago, we had noise in the rental house toilet in Hawaii. Our tenants contacted the company. They didn't elaborate on what they did for more than $370.We were surprised to see the bill. Call them and ask them how much they charges for an hour and how much they pay for the parts? They replied that they are not charged according to time and are charged according to job. We really don`t understand how they valued to eliminate toilet noise for more then $370.So they will ask for the price at just they want ! ! They don't want show how many hours worked and did not show receipts for parts. It’s strange that such a big company is actually collecting money indiscriminately! I contacted them. They always used an excuse not to answer the phone. In the end, they only gave a 10% discount and still charged more than $340. Do you think it is reasonable to pay $370 for repairing toilet noise? Do you trust in such a company? more

Called in yesterday for an emergency plumber..said they will be here between 3 and 5..called back and said they can't make and will be back Mondaymorninh which is today..and called back and said can't come till Afternoon? OMG...THIS IS A NIGHTMARE..WE HAVE NO HOT WATER DUE TO SOMETHING WRONG WITH HEATER..THE WORST SERVICE I EVER GOT...NEVERMORE WE WILL CALL YOU BACK!! more

I would recommend my Service Technician, Chris R, to anyone who needs plumbing work. He happily answered all of my questions and concerns, then got to work. Steve's Plumbing is lucky to have him as an employee. He has plumbing skills and customer relations skills. He even found a discount coupon in the phone book and applied it to my invoice. First time I have needed plumbing service since moving to Maui. I called a competitor first and scheduled an appointment. 2 hours after they were to be here, they called to let me know that I would need to reschedule. I opted to look for someone else and came across Steve's. Received a quick call back to confirm that they had a technician available and that he would be here in an hour. Ten minutes later they followed up with a call saying he was immediately available. When he arrived, Dan was polite, professional and friendly. Quickly understood the issue. explained what he needed to do to resolve it, and went to work. Within an hour, he was done and my kitchen sink was fully operational. (Not an easy task in an old home with 30 year old plumbing. Thanks. I will definitely use Steve's again, and would request Dan. more
