high price 7/13/2019

the price you quoted me to do the service required was out of this world, to fix one toilet the part would cost about 30 bucks and you wanted $179.00 to fix for this 20 minute job. the other one you also wanted 179.00 to fix, same thing low cost parts and out of site labor. I don't see how you get any business . this would have cost 358.00 to fix plus service all of 69.00. I could have replaced both of them for that price. I would not recommend your company to any one. more

Awful dont recommend. Poor service 2/26/2019

This company does not stand by their work. Their office staff is rude. The tech was two hours late with no phone call. Awful company. Plus they are 3 times higher than anyone else for the same job. more

The service was quick and efficient. The tech was personable and friendly. I thought the rate were a little too high for what was done, but when you need something fixed, you have to pay for it. Will probably use this company again. more

Leak repair 7/7/2018

The company answered my phone call right away and had someone out to fix my leak in a short time. The repairmen were polite neat and professional and got the job done quickly and made sure nothing was leaking before they left. This was on a Sat. more

Workers were prompt and got the job done in a timely manner. They explained exactly what the cost would be, and were accurate. They were clean and left no mess. I use Steve's whenever I need plumbing services. They seem expensive to me, but they do good work and are VERY professional. more

home has water leak, able to come out on same day to start work. showed up on time and explained what needed to be done. completed part of the repair same day (inside) with additional work to follow next week. more

Replaced faucet line 8/30/2016
