My experience with Steve's Plumbing & Heating was excellent. Our basement unexpectedly flooded on Friday morning, and it was the owner who ended up coming out at 6 that night. I was just impressed they responded so quickly. A lot of places would say that it's Friday and they are booked but will come on Monday. Steve literally stayed until it was repaired--with the sump pumping replaced and until the maintenance on the plumbing was done--and he explained everything very well. No one likes the cost, but I'm sure it was in line with others. It was nice having service from the owner because it shows how much he cares about his company and the quality that's delivered. Everything now is all fine and back to normal. Then we also purchased--after he explained, but it was not high pressured in any way--a plumbing maintenance type of deal where he will handle all future plumbing and heating for us, which is nice. more

We had a little bit of an emergency with our water heater and the guys over at Steve's Plumbing & Heating were the ones who answered the call. We called them and they were able to not only get someone out that very same day, they were also able to replace the water heater that very same day as well! We were incredibly pleased and excited with the speed that they were able to handle everything. The price was a little high, but for the quality of work and the speed at which they did it we can't really complain. more

Unbelievable professionalism at its best. What a great group of people, starting with the way they answer the phone. I personally recommend them to anybody that needs work done correctly the first time. more
