At Steve's Piccola Bussola, hearty Italian cuisine is offered in a great atmosphere with warm people. To start, I recommend appetizers like Seafood Salad with calamari which has a satiny sheen and buttery taste and cold, tender shrimp in it. Also, try the mozzarella balls oozing with warm mozzarella cheese. For your entrée, warm, tender shrimp parmigiana marinara with melted cheeses and their marinara sauce made with fresh tomatoes and laden with chunks of fresh garlic . Also to be tried is Chicken Marsala with tender chicken breast in a mushroom sauce which has a taste like wine. What about dessert?If you have room in your stomach, try their Chocolate Mousse Cake. It has chocolate shavings and tastes sweet and like cocoa. If you want something less guilty, have a bowl of fresh, sweet berries in whipped cream. Steamy, foamy cappuccino is also available. FYI, this place is family style, so expect huge portions and take some food home if needed. Servers are patient and polite. If you come here on weekends, arrive early because you may have to wait an hour to get a seat.
