Poor communicator. Work slowly and don't keep you in the loop. Bandaged my car instead of fixing it. Denied any fault once I found the issue. Defensive and customer gets zero benefit of the doubt. Wanted to see the car again but issue was already fixed by myself. Showed them bad parts as proof. No money refunded unless they see the car. They will never see another one of my cars. 3 repairs total, 2 satisfactory, 1 undercharged (un satisfactory), 1 overcharged and 1 fair charge. Sports Car Store owes me a refun
