I've used Steve's many years back with luck, But recently I called for a door mirror glass....The person that took the call was on the rude side { was I bothering you ?} and gave me short generic answers. I simply wanted a door mirror glass to replace the glass that was broken, I asked for the exact replacement and was given a generic answer, Advised of a heating option the mirror had and this really annoyed the person ....I was given the same price and I asked if it would be compatable with the heating option It was not , which I was not advised but had to keep prying for an answer. I finally ordered a complete mirror online and had it painted to match my car , I was much happier with this result anyway compared to just getting a piece of mirror glass cut and losing the defog option. DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR! 12/11/2009

I have an expensive car and unfortunately my insurance company referred me to this place to replace my windshield. Owner was rude from the beginning. After job was done I discovered that paint on the roof was damaged. Hood was dented. Moldings were dinged and bent. One central speaker mesh bent, rear view mirror was loose, I guess they broke plastic part when mirror was re-attached. Dashboard?s plastic was also damaged when they wiped glue with some chemicals. DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR! Cons: bad service/results more

The came highly reccommend to me when I had a broken windshield, They took me immediately and completed the job in record time. They have been in business for many years. and I have sent some of my friends to their establishment. more
