I had a problem with my dishwasher and the manufacturer sent Steve's ABA out to make all necessary repairs, which would be covered under a full warrenty contract. Over the course of a few months, Steve's ABA made at least six or seven trips out to work on the machine, sending three different serviceman. Each time a new serviceman showed up, he was trying to figure out what the last serviceman had done. In addition, each serviceman questioned what the other serviceman had done, causing me to doubt the technical competancy of the serviceman. Every time they came out, they ordered more parts and promised to follow up right away. However, they never followed up, and never brought the parts odered needed to complete the repairs. I finally got so frustrated with Steve's ABA, I contacted the manufacturer and asked them to send another company to complete the repairs.
