My wife and I finally decided it was time to get a new car. Since we have kids, we needed to get something with a lot of room but with gas prices these days, we thought that a SUV would be too much of a burden on our wallets.....To make a long story short, we narrowed it down to the Chrysler Town & Country. After being jerked around at other local Chrysler dealerships, I found Stevens Creek Chrysler Jeep Dodge and decided to email James Mulder, the Fleet & Internet manager. I let him know what I wanted in options and how much I can afford. He responded within 5 minutes and surprising to me he actually quoted me well under my intended budget. When I arrived at the dealership, the car was already washed and cleaned and the paperwork was already printed out. After a few signatures my family and I were on the road grinning from ear to ear!!! Three tries and about 30 minutes later, they met my numbers by discounting the car and dropping my interest rate (not 'prime' credit mind you). Out of there with oil change coupons and a $20 gas voucher. Not too shabby. Better than being raked over the coals by Courtesy Chevrolet last time I bought a car... more
