Avoid this dealership 8/17/2015

Very poor customer service. No one to answer fiance all questions. Fiance agent asked us to wait outside his office but never come back to us. Sales people not showing real interest on helping you. Service department is worst. Lines go out the street bit no one seems to care about it. Wait on the line more than 1/2 hour but no one apologize for the delay. No one in this place have genuine. Interest of helping you. It was a very good dealership under Stevens creek Nissan. But now a place you should avoid. I won't go back. I was a former customer and never go back. more

Consultant was great but Finance can be improved 8/13/2015

Our Sales consultant was great. But it was a loooong wait for the Finance guy (only one person doing finance). And he talked awfully fast and did not explain very well some part of the contract. Seem a bit pushy trying to get you to buy the maintenance contract. more

Excellent service...Essa is the best 8/12/2015

Essa was very helpful and accomodating. I addressed a problem that I had w/ my car and went back and forth to his location several times w/out the decline of his professionalism or service. Essa was a technical angel and I will recommend him anytime.I don't want to deal with anybody else except him, very satisfied and happy w/ my car now!!! I will give Essa a rating of 10 on all areas. Thank you so much for the excellent service!!!!!!! more

Service is okay, but hard to connect 8/8/2015

I'm reasonably happy with the service I've received at Stevens Creek Nissan, but over the years, I've found it's very hard to get calls answered, service appointments set up, and it's essentially impossible to get calls returned (I've only had 2 calls returned for 10 messages left, which really isn't very good for most businesses). If you're willing to put in the extra effort, and Stevens Creek Nissan is much closer than other Nissan dealerships, then it might be worth the extra work to save commuting time during service visits. more
