I was very pleased with the service and knowledge of Steven Graves and his staff. We were treated well, they provided us with good suggestions and not once did I feel like they were trying to sell us more than we needed. In fact, they actually suggestion that we reduce some of our coverage as we were over insured. All of our friends use Steven Graves Insurance Agency and now I know why. They are the BEST. more

I have recommended Steven Graves Insurance Agency many times; they are wonderful. Everybody knows and remembers me when I call, and I never have a problem. They are really good with follow up. They are very helpful with my mom, and get her through trouble spots without having to get me involved, which is very nice. I have been using them since 1996, so for 14 years. I have my condo insurance, both my cars' insurance, and a life policy through them. Commercially we also use them for our building and auto insurance as well. Steven Graves Insurance is the only insurance I use. more

I have used Steven Graves Insurance Agency insurance agency for about 15 years, and I have referred numerous other people to them. I have been very satisfied, and so have the clients I have referred to them. He provides very prompt service and his rates are very competitive with prices I have seen in the marketplace.
