They can save you money 6/7/2011

Several people I work with use Steven Graves Insurance Agency for there home, auto, boat and health insurance. All of them have said they receive outstanding service and much lower prices with Steven Graves Insurance Agency. I called them today and was shocked. Steven Graves actually answered the phone. In 9 years I have never spoken to my current agent. He was very nice and helpful. I worked with a member of his staff for quote. I now understand what my co-workers were talking about. Steven Graves does provide good service and I saved $609.00 a year on my home and auto insurance. I HIGHLY recommend Steven Graves Insurance Agency more

We had fun buying insurance. Low prices, great service 4/3/2011

After calling several insurance agents a friend suggested that we call Steven Graves Insurance Agency. To say that we are pleased is an understatement. Steven and his staff are so helpful. They saved us almost $700.00 a year on our home and car insurance. We enjoyed working with them so much that I actually took our check to his office, just so I could say thank you in person. My husband is working with Steven to place his business insurance with Steven Graves Insurance Agency. more

They are the best 1/19/2009

They are so nice. I had been calling insurance agent after insurance agent. Most had no clue what they were doing and just wanted to sell me something. I called Steven Graves Insurance and they were friendly, helpful and there was no pressure to buy. The lady there was more concerned that I had all of my questions answered then selling me the policy. It was so nice to get GOOD service. Pros: Helpful, Nice, Good Prices Cons: There are none, call them....they are the best. more

When you want the best 1/10/2009

I had called several insurance agents and most had no idea what they were doing or talking about. Everyone I spoke with at Steven Graves office provided me good answers to my questions and treated me with respect. It was so nice working with professionals. They provided me with quotes from several insurance companies, not just one insurance company like the other agents I called. They made it so EASY 1/2/2009

I relocated to the Dallas area and was purchasing my first home. I had no idea what I needed and Steven Graves Insurance helped me each step of the way. Everyone in his offices was nice, helpful and made it easy. I purchased home, auto and health insurance from them.....they are the BEST!!! Thanks To Steven Graves We Closed On Our Home 12/25/2008

Our insurance company / agent failed to properly process our insurance and we could not close on our new home. Sitting at the closing table, our Realtor suggested that we call Steven Graves Insurance. She said he was always able to help her clients and she felt that we could still close if we called Steven Graves Insurance. So, I called him and we had insurance within 20 min. We now have a new home!!!! Pros: Very Fast Good Rates more

They were able to quote me with SEVERAL companies - not just one company 12/4/2008

After calling several insurance agents (most who could only quote me with 1 company) my Realtor suggested Steven Graves Insurance Agency. I called Steven Graves' office and was treated with respect, they explained everything and quoted me with SEVERAL home and auto insurance companies. It was nice working with the professionals at Steven Graves Insurance Agency. I will be a client for life. Pros: Helpful, friendly, professional, good price Cons: none - they are great. more

My wife and I had been with our current insurance company for years. We did not understand that our current insurance agent could only quote us with one company. We called Steven Graves Insurance and received quotes from several companies and saved money. We have referred several friends to Steven Graves and they too saved money.
