Worst

So I was on a quest to look for a decent test prep place and came across this one through a friend. And though there are worse, this is not one I'd recommend.

I don't know what the other posters are talking about, and it's quite surprising: As far as I know, Steve, the owner, doesn't even work at the Irvine branch, and Rachel, the branch manager, is nice. The academy helped with my daughter prep for SAT II and SAT I classes quite well. My wife regularly has our daughter stop by for homework help with her school classes. Small but nice place and nice teachers. more

Avoid Steven Academy 4/18/2012

I briefly worked with Steven Huh at his school in Seoul, South Korea, and I can confirm that he is an unscrupulous conman. I have not had direct experience with his new venture in California, but you should not trust him. He does not honor agreements and routinely cheats teachers of pay. more
