BEST DARN INSURANCE AGENT EVER! 1/18/2011

My wife and I have been with Steve Kunkle's agency for about 17 years for a reason, SERVICE! Any time we have had a problem, a question, or a concern, everyone and I mean everyone has always jumped at the oppertunity to help us. Weather it be insurance, financial, or even personal. The great thing is they always do so with a smile on their face, and a willingness to get the job done. Really great customer service, always very polite when I'm dealing with them on the phone or in person. I really enjoy working with them and know that if something happens to my car it will be taken care of promptly and I'll be informed through the whole process! What a nice surprise! 5/1/2010

Great rates and friendly people! I was pleasantly surprised when I went to Steve Kunkle?s office. I never met my last agent, but that wasn?t the case when I went to Steve?s State Farm offie. He came out and introduced himself and welcomed me. The rates were good, the service was great and I really was made to feel appreciated. Pros: Friendly & reasonably priced. more

They greeted me with a friendly smile and offered me something to drink right away. They took care of my needs quickly and competently, and they reviewed my coverages to make sure that all of my insurance was up-to-date and gave me recommendations on having the best coverages possible for my needs. They weren't pushy, however, and they didn't try to sell me coverages that I didn't need. They made going to the insurance office an enjoyable experience, and they talked with me like we were old friends while maintaining a professional relationship at the same time. They were genuinely interested in me as a person and not just as a bill that needed collected. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Pros: Exceptional Customer Service more
