I have had my insurance with Steve Irwin for years and could not be with a better agency or agent. He is always there to take care of all my needs. Most recently I had a bad accident, involving one of my vehicles, and their service was OUTSTANDING. You could not ask for any better than I received. Thank you to Steve and everyone at his office. Steve's office is not helpful and they don't return calls or emails! As soon as I can get in touch with someone I'm taking my $$ and going to someone that can respond and not just pull money out of my account each month! more

Steve Irwin's office is not helpful. You can call and leave message after message for Steve and he will not return the call. He is never in the office to help his clients. I am moving all of my business out of his agency. more
