Good to work with, cooperative in hard times 5/25/2010

We rented a condo in the Riverwoods in Provo from these guys for a little over a year. Very nice place in a great location. Any issues we have had have been addressed quickly. They were flexible with us and always friendly on the phone and in person. Quite frankly, we have had no issues with these guys. If anything, they have had slight issues with us and have always expressed understanding. We would rent from them again any day. Pros: good listeners, understanding, flexible, friendly Cons: perhaps some that I'm genuinely not aware of more

This business has been hostile to the public; when contacted via telephone, they are judgmental and assumptive about the caller and the reason for the call. When the caller identifies himself/herself, and the reason for the call is explained, the reaction is unnecessarily negative and unprofessional. Then the caller is rudely disconnected. This is not an attitude or behavior that is conducive to healthy business relations. I would strongly advise against having any interactions with this business.
