We were at Steve Beach's office during a vacation trip to Escondido in July. My wife had lost all the papers to the car. We needed an insurance card to get back to Texas. As we drove around lost looking for a State Farm Insurance Office..... we saw your sign ......went into your office and we explained to one of your employees by the name of Katie what had happened. She did an excellent job of helping us out. My wife and I want to say THANKS to Katie and all your staff. more

Steve, I just wanted to drop you a note to express my thanks for the way your office staff helped me with a recent claim. I know you just recently changed locations, and have added a couple new staff members, but your service didn't fall off at all during that transition. The new office location is great, and your new staff people are outstanding! There are many reasons I've been a long time customer of yours, and the great "Good Neighbor" service you and your staff continue to provide is just one of them. Steve Beach has been our State Farm agent for over 20 years. He and his staff are always helpful and take care of all emergencies. He covered all our needs in auto, home and life insurance. more
