Stetler, Harrison, Md - Holcomb Bridge Pediatrics

I have been using this practice for some time now and have only good things to say. They use good judgement on the use of antibiotics and other prescription medications and never seem to overmedicate. They are also available and it is easy to get seen if your child is sick on the same day. My kids and I feel good when we leave the office, often being reassured that the illness will get better and it is nothing serious to worry about. I never had the experience that these other reviewers shared and am comfortable returning here time and time again. These are experienced pediatricians and it shows. more

Dr. Polokoff has been our 8-year-old daughter and 6-year-old son's pediatrician since their birth and we've had nothing but great experiences with him and with Holcomb Bridge Pediatrics. In fact, we like it so much we drive 35 to 40 minutes to Norcross from Buford to keep going to him. It would be much easier on us to switch somewhere closer to home, but we didn't want to leave a practice and a doctor we like and we trust. Dr. P's always taken great care of our kids and I'm sure he'll do the same with yours. more

They don't even deserve one star, but it required it as the minimum. mave08's review is pretty similar to what we've experienced, and the office staff are a nightmare. It's probably good that they close early, because I stopped by to go on a slapping spree the other day because of how they treated my sick child after she spend the entire night before in the ER. They're concerned with their copay moreso than the health of their patients. more

wouldn't want my worst enemy to go to this trashy pediatric facility!!! Everyone seems to be having a terrible day all the time and the attitude s make me want to beat the crap out of them over my child...Being a first time mom i have questions and concerns and i want a personal doctor to build a relationship with...Dr.Polokoff in particular is a complete JERK!!!!! He has a very rude disposition and act like a concerned parent is beneath him. He smirked at questions..disputed everything i had to say and made my infant son's experience very unpleasent. He was unfriendly and unprofessional and i believe he's in the wrong profession.I believe he profiles the patients and treats them accordingly and stereotypically. The whole office is deplorable with the exception of one nurse.All in all do not go here if you value your childs experiences and health..THE WORST!!! more
