Now this is what I call great customer service. I often purchase flowers for special occassions so there is an expectation on my part to get a good product, but at Sterling's you not only get the best flowers and gifts, but you get a staff that appreciates the message you are trying to send. Best Floral shop in Dallas. Staff is awesome and eager to help when selecting the perfect arrangement. Will definitely use Sterling's when ordering flowers again. Shop is modern and friendly. Pros: Friendlly Staff, convenient parking, great selection more

Best Neighborhood Florist in North Dallas 12/11/2008

Great floral designs, plenty of stock flowers available and outstanding customer service. Will continue to purchase my flowers from this florist, easy access and awesome window displays. Plus they have my favorite Trapp candles. Pros: Easy access from the Dallas tollway and plenty of parking more

The only floral shop I will use. 12/4/2008

I love to always have fresh flowers in my home and I go out of my way past other florists just to go to Sterling's. The staff is talented, friendly and eager to please. The website is also great for orderding arrangements for delivery. more

Great Selection, Great Prices and helpful customer service. 11/27/2008

i really love Sterling's Floral Design flowers. Everytime i ask for what i need, they go above and beyond to show that a flower arrangement isn't just abunch of flowers thrown together. And i always purchase a Trapp candle on the way out to put a perfect scent to a perfect flower arrangement. And all of this is for the love of my life.
