I've worn glasses and contact lenses for over 20 years so I'm very familiar with the expectation of an eye exam.
While staff was friendly, equipment was low in technology. In comparison to a comprehensive eye exam that you would find at lens crafters, Sterling failed to deliver a sophisticated exam that I'm accustomed to. Also, I was upset that the physician did not clean the equipment, i.e. chin rest, eye equipment. The office as disorganized and the doctor provided an incorrect prescription #.
Very disappointed.
Pros: friendly staff
Cons: low technology, does not properly sanitize, poor value
