Worst

The company did work inside my house and I was very satisfied. They quoted to completely paint the exterior of my house. I am very unsatisfied with the paint job.

Some extra support needed to be put behind it to put the new light up. They did drywall, put in the new light, and painted around it. more

Excellent work performed 12/13/2013

I recently was gifted my sisters condo and there was some damage to the drywall from shifting slabs. I contacted Sterling and Terry came right out and looked over the damage. He very quickly gave me a quote which I accepted immediately. I was so impressed with his work, I had him continue on with some renovation. I intend to use Terry and Sterling in the future. Outstanding results 8/28/2013

We had an emergency cave in of a drywall ceiling. Sterling responded promptly and fixed our ceiling with one day's notice. Took only three hours. Sterling and his crew were very professional and polite, and did excellent cleanup. The work itself could not have come out better. He also painted over a couple stain spots for me without asking for anything extra. Will use them again in a minute. more

100 satisfaction in quality, workmanship, and personality. 8/12/2013

Sterling Renovation Co. basically did a lot of drywall repair patching up the walls. The work was fantastic from a workmanship standpoint as well as from a personality standpoint in terms of one-on-one communication with the customer. I will use them again. The quality of their work, the fact that they were on time, and the personal communication were all outstanding. more

We were fortunate to find Sterling Renovation. 7/22/2013

Sterling Renovation came to stop a leak in our wall in our bathroom while other companies were still scheduling a visit for an estimate. The leak was fixed the same day, and an estimate for the remodling was prepared the following morning. Quality of the work and materials, timeliness of the service, and a fair price quoted will have me calling Sterling for my future renovation requirements. more

Nailed it! 7/15/2013

When I originally called Sterling Renovation Co. Houston., they were very confident that they could perform the work I wanted done. I wanted him to match the textured stamp on our walls to our ceiling. When he came out, he was sure he knew which stamp to use and he nailed it! He was quick and efficient. I think it was very impressive on how many areas he knew about. He definitely was able to work on other things while he was there. We had him work on the recessed cans. Outstanding service 7/9/2013

I had a lot of damage done to my ceiling that needed to be retextured. I had probably five other people out who said they couldn't do it. Sterling Renovation came out looked at it, gave me a bid, and repaired in the next day. It looks absolutely beautiful! Terry also hung some lights for me. I would use them again in the future. I found them very honest, quick to respond to my requests, and I really like Sterling Reonovation. The guys were real nice that came to work with Terry so I was very pleased. more

Outstanding! Best remodeling company around - hands down. 12/8/2012

Sterling just renovated our guest bathroom and we are overjoyed with the results. The work and craftsmanship is outstanding and the cost was extremely competitive. We deffinitely got our money's worth. I think the best part though are the people at Sterling, from the owner down to each craftsperson. By the time they are into the job you feel like family. You cannot go wrong by hiring Sterling. We plan to use them for all our future remodeling needs. more

Sterling Renovation came and did a sheet rock drywall repair in every single room I have. They also repainted the whole house, including the baseboards and ceiling. I think both the painters and the drywall guys did an excellent job. They were very professional and made me feel comfortable around them. more

I used them for some remodeling work inside as well as outside our house. He and his group seem to have a very broad capability to handle almost any issue, and that's very nice. I think his craftsmen are very well skilled, I would recommend them. more

We are thankful for the work they did. 9/14/2012

Sterling did a lot of the behind the scenes work on my renovation, in terms of adding light fixtures, doing electrical work, and plumbing. They also did some refitting in my bathroom, moved my attic access, and did a custom fit new vanity in the bathroom. The work turned out beautifully. We have really enjoyed the comments of our family and friends who have seen the renovation. more

It was my first time using Sterling. I hired them to build a wall for me and finish out a laundry room. They did good work, just took longer than anticipated but I understand why. more

What I thought would be a simple job turned out to be much more complicated (adding an arched, open partition between kitchen and den. Terry measured & remeasured,then worked diligently to create a perfectly proportioned double arch. He also worked hard to get our price down as low as he could, including a beautiful exotic granite island top. more

Terry and his staff are AWESOME!! 7/7/2011

I've dealt with other contractors in the past and the typical happens: they start the work and disappear before it's complete (which I've never understood). Terry's team at Sterling Renovation gave me a VERY fair estimate and timeline. Both were met!! In fact, he subtracted some paint I bought for the project... I DID NOT expect that. He is honest and does phenomenal work! We WILL use them again. more
