**Weekly Service Maintenance**
*Service Occurrence*
Sterling Pool provides service twice a week for commercial pools and once a week for residential pools. The visits occur at the same time on the same day of each week. For every visit, the chemical readings and the services provided are logged on a report sheet kept close inside or by the timer boxes so they can be checked by customers or the health department.
*Cleaning And Equipment Maintenance*
The cleaning of the swimming pools and the spas consists of removing all the debris by vacuuming or leaf bagging, skimming the surface, cleaning the tiles, and brushing the pool and spa every visit. All skimmer and strainer baskets as well as leaftraps and pool cleaner bags (if any) are emptied and washed. We are also responsible for the water levels in the pool and spa as long as there are automatic water fill timers. Water is added if the levels are low and it's drained if they are too high (excessive rain). Filter pre ssure is logged according to the readings, the D.E. & sand filters will be backwashed or cartridges cleaned. For commercial pools, the chlorinators will be lubed, acidwashed and appropriate amounts of chlorine is added to the feed barrels. The heaters and timers are also checked for operations, although they will be turned ON or OFF on customer's requests only.
