About Sterling Pointe Sterling Pointe is a low density apartment community in Silver Springs. We are less than fifteen minutes from downtown Ocala and are across the street from Coehadjoe Park. All of our buildings are one-story and no building has more than eight units in it; the community feels less like an apartment development and more like a neighborhood of single family homes. Our community features an abundance of open space with huge grassy areas, a large playground, and a barbecue grill and picnic area.
