Sterling Point Apartments

I called Sterling Point to tell them that some one stole my info (I found this out thru my credit report) and they are living there in atp 3103 under my name and I want this investigated... They said ok we will get back to you as if I told them nothing... I swear I am going to call them every damn day until this is taken care of... I was advised by them that there is a man living there... I am very much a woman and my name is a female name not to be mistaken with a mans name... What the hell kind of apartment complex is this... They have to be involved some how in letting any type of person move into the complex and they must not check credit at all if this can happen!!! STERLING POINT YOU NEED TO BE ASHAMED... ALL YOU CARE ABOUT IS MONEY... LETS SEE WHAT HAPPENES WHEN I TAKE YOU TO COURT IF THIS MATTER IS NOT HANDLED ASAP!!! more

I lived at Sterling Point for half of a year. I could not stand this place and the office people. The apartments are poorly constructed, you can hear every noise from other neighbors, they were always doing construction early in the mornings and things inside always had problems. There was a period of time when there was no security onsite and the front gates never worked. If you ever have issues with extremely noisy neighbors, no effort is made on their (the office's)part. I got so fed up with their poor business that i had to break the lease and move! more

I went to look at these apartments because they were for lower income families. The staff was very helpful and the manager showed me around the apartments. The one bedroom that I looked at would have been perfect for me except that I did not qualify because of their income requirements. IT has a nice pool (which is always important to me) and has lots of parking for visitors. I felt like they would provide good customer service here. more
