We just completed a purchase transaction with our agent, Christopher Gough. As the transaction moved toward closing, many complications came up. There was a lot of division that needed to be done, a party wall agreement, and one of the 2 couples that owned the subject property were divorcing. Christopher not only pulled the deal together, but did so on time. Further, with us being out of town owners, Christopher did our closing walk through (taking pictures of the furniture to verify for us), noted that there was no bedding, and bought us some so the place would be complete for us when we flew in at midnight our first trip down. Above and beyond exemplary service!- more

This is a very difficult market and Christopher has brought us two contracts on our two properties that we have in Snohomish. Christopher has really gone the extra mile, even helping us move furniture and checking up to see that the maid cleaned the unit. His attention to detail and making a personal connection with his clients has made his top realtor in my mind. more
