I am very displeased with the service I received at Sterling Cleaners # 4. They ruined a very expensive irreplaceable dress; even leaving some kind of bleach stain on the dress. \r

When I tried to complain, I received horrible customer service. I even contacted the owner and manager, Michele Hudson. Mrs. Hudson proceeded to yell at me and then hang up the phone. \r

I can not believe in today's world, that a small business owner would behave this way ; not even trying to help a customer receive some type of resolution.\r

I know that Sterling Cleaners #4's prices will attract customers, but in this case you get what you pay for!\r
I would not recommend this cleaner to anyone.\r
