This low review isn't just against this kennel, but of most kennels in general. I took my 2 schnauzer mixes here, approximately 7 years ago for a weeks stay. The office is right in with the dogs, so when I brought the dogs, I couldn't hear anything. I was just expected to drop my dogs off, no questions asked. I brought a blanket for them to lay on since the floors are made of concrete. When I picked them up, I was told the dogs had peed on it the first night and she had taken it out. So, they had to sleep on a cold concrete floor all week, and she handed me a garbage back with a stinky blanket in it. I got a very bad vibe from the whole place and vowed I'd never leave my dogs at a kennel again. Kennels are fine for dogs that are used to being outside, but I would suggest trying something else for house pets.
