When I heard he tried that Clara Harris case, I figured he was pretty good, and it didn't hurt that a friend of mine had recommended him for the hard work he put into his case. Now, I know why everyone wants to hire him - he's quick to return calls, answers all your questions, and it feels like he's only working your case. He has got to be the hardest working person I know and his efforts really do pay off for his clients. more

Hard-Working Attorney 7/25/2011

Mr. Stephens always returned my calls when he was representing me - I was involved in a car accident (the other guy was driving drunk, but had money) and the insurance company and the guy's private counsel were amazingly obnoxious. Simply because I work blue-collar doesn't make me the cause of the accident. Joe was able to get me a decent settlement, and he even exposed the guy that hit me - he had done this to someone only a few years earlier and got them to drop the lawsuit. more
