I have done business with Stephen's for many, many years. He is kind, courteous, and thorough. I'm a loyal customer, and he's a loyal provider. Once, we had a flood in the basement. He came in with fans, dehumidifiers, energy and assistance. \r \r Stephen works quickly and efficiently, is always on time, and my rugs and upholstery look great when he's done.\r \r I can't recommend him enough! more

Stephen's is always there when I need them. Not only does Stephen do a great job cleaning, but he is very professional and an all around great person. I have used him for several years and always been exceptionally pleased with his prompt service and his great work. He really goes the extra mile in terms of service and cleaning. Great job. 8/5/2011

Stephen did a great job on our basement carpet, which hadn't been cleaned in too many years. He was friendly on the phone, came when he said he would be here, worked efficiently and left a much cleaner carpet. When the carpet dried, an area which still had a stain appeared. I gave him a call and he came right back and took out the stain. I'd certainly call him again. more

Professional, Friendly, and Dependable 7/23/2011

After I called Stanley Steemer and the boneheads there forgot to bring the right equipment to clean my carpets, I called Stephen's and I can't believe I even considered Stanley Steemer. more

Stephen has become our friend 3/17/2011

I have relied on Stephen's Carpet Cleaning for appx six years on about 10 different and varied occasions from his carpet to upholstery service to his expert water damage repair service. I cannot tell you how highly I would recommend his services. The amount of times our basement used to get flooded and Stephen Bally has bailed us out, is immeasurable. From ripping up the old carpet, sanitizing, laying down a new pad, drying out the old carpet.....all while being able to save the original carpet each and every time. No one could ever tell the finished basement got flooded. Stephen is a pro. He will always be our go to guy with his prompt, courteous, and very reliable service. His work speaks for itself. It truly does! more

My rugs have never been cleaner! 2/8/2011

I've had my rugs cleaned for many years but never as well as Stephen's Carpets did for me recently. He was able to get stains out that had been there forever and he made the colors on my oriental rugs pop out more than ever. He was professional and courteous and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned. My house just sparkles now, thanks to Steve! more

a huge difference in the rugs and chairs 8/6/2007

Stephen did our rugs, and a whole bunch of upholstered chairs. He was fast, professional, and everything looks SO much better. Despite having to really get everything wet because it was so dirty (young kids are rough on the furniture), it dried quickly, and the cleaning agents he used didnt leave behind any strong smells. With kids in the house, I am highly sensitive to that sort of thing. Have already recommended him to my mom. more
