Stephen L Miles

I had a most unpleasant and very unprofessional experience with Stephen L. Miles an attorney in Baltimore. I made a purchase at J. Brown Jewelers in nearby Pikesville and it didn't go well. I complained to the store. The store did not like the fact that I called them to complain. They asked Miles to call me to express their feelings. Instead of Mr. Miles discussing the matter or offering suggestions, he just threatened me by saying that I would have to go to court and spend thousands of dollars on an attorney. This "case" was not going to court as it was over a relatively small purchase. Mr. Miles, when I tried to resolve the matter, actually hung up the phone on me twice. In years past Mr. Miles had a well known advertising slogan known as "let's talk about it." He obviously does not use that philosophy anymore. I would not recommend using this attorney. more

His Life is ruled by an old world work ethic. He knows exactly what he is doing. more
