hair cut and facial 9/12/2011

Stacy did a great job cutting my hair and wasn't afraid to make suggestions about what to do which i really appreciate. Nicole did my facial and I loved her too. She was really careful with my super sensitive skin and made great recommendations. I will definitly go back! more

I love going to Stephen and Burns because the customer service is always outstanding and each and every employee you encounter says hello and makes you feel welcome. The work is quality, the Aveda products are great and I love the shoulder massage. more

I have been going here for over 10 years and have always gotten excellent service and products. The staff is very professional and pleasant, and the atmosphere is calm and quiet. I wouldn't go anywhere else. more

Disappointing 9/9/2011

I don't remember the exact name of the stylist, so Something like finfen. ( hound with dark hair, not tall) First she cut myoldest daughters hair. She spent around an hour and 25 minutes cutting her hair. It was uneven and we had Brittany cut it. Katie wanted just a trim and finfen cut around 4 or 5 inches off the back. It had been layered in the back, now it is straight across. Brittany did a great job fixing it!! When finfen cut Abbies hair, she was so cautious, I'm not sure it was trimmed at all. I entered the salon looking like a banshee and exited looking confident and well...pretty. Unlike most salons, S&B is a calm and restful place; sitting back with a mug of hot tea in a delightful orange mug,I felt cared for. more

I had a great first experience at Stephen & Burns. The staff was helpful. I was offered a beverage. My hairstylist was very personable and accommodating. The bathrooms were clean. Great place at an affordable price. more

I had a wonderful "express-facial" with Eva that didn't feel in the least rushed. My facial was several days ago, and I absolutely still see the difference in the quality of my skin - I am aglow! Maybe I won't wait 2 years for the next one... more

Once again, Stacey at Stephen and Burns has done a fabulous job with hair. I always receive compliments on my haircut, even on my worse hair days, and always get asked who does my hair. If you are considering Stephen and Burns, don't hesitate, the service and quality is excellent. more
