Stephanie has been our agent for over 10 years now and I wouldn't trust my insurance needs with anyone else. She and her staff has always provided impeccable customer service and has been just a phone call away whenever I had a question, concern or needed to make a change. I know they always have my best interest at heart and have gone above and beyond to make sure my insurance needs are met at the best possible price. more

Stephanie Criona has been my insurance agent for over ten years and I couldn't possibly be more pleased. She's proven over that time to sincerely have my best interest at heart, regardless of how it might affect her bottom line. Her staff is also incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, so no matter when I call or who I talk to, I have always gotten very personal attention and all my questions or concerns are handled immediately. If you're looking for someone you can trust, you won't find anyone better than Stephanie! more

My Insurance Partner 4/8/2011

I have been working with Stephanie and her staff for many years and they have always given me great service. It is a rare find - but Stephanie's office has always treated me professionally, and has always been in tune with my sense of urgency for any matter that has come up. \r \r This is very important to me. I don't think about insurance often, but when I do, I need a responsive partner to work with me - and if my need is urgent, I need to know my agent will be "all over it".\r \r Over the years Stephanie and her team has come through time after time. I have had my share of insurance agents in the past, but this is the only agency that has truly met my expectations of professionalism. more

Nancy J Wallace - State Farm - The Best Insurance Agent 4/17/2009

I have been with Nancy for over 11 years for my home insurance. Just last year, I moved everything over to her, auto, umbrella, and rental insurance. Brenda who works for Nancy is extremely knowledgeable and works for you. She showed me how much money I could save by moving everything under one agent. This office is a pleasure to work with.
