I broke my frame about 3 years ago that I did not buy from Stepensky's instead of giving me the brush off like Lens crafters did he found the perfect replacement , later when I needed new lens I tried several places and he was the least expensive and most helpfull. A couple of months later I scratched my lens he again was helpfull and got me a replacement very quickly for practically no cost. I have never met the son but the father is polite, helpfull, respectfull and most important knowledgable. more

They have all the designer names Ralph Lauren, Prada, Lacoste, Oakley just to name a few! No matter what your age or ankle size (cankles even) you can find frames to make you look stylish and professional! more

This business is not one which I would recommend to anyone. Their service is terrible, their prices are high, and the individuals working there are rude and arrogant. Pros: none Cons: terrible service, high prices and arrogant attitude more

great service selection and prices 8/13/2008

I went to Stepensky's for a stylish, professional pair of glasses. They sold me a pair of Lacoste frames with mutifocal lenses which are absolutely fantastic. I saved about $300. as I compared with many other opticians in the area including Westfarms Mall. These gentlemen were very helpful and knowledgable. I did not feel the typical sales pressure as you would at a chain. They offer all the latest styles at great prices! more
