I have lived in an apartment complex in Apopka for 4 years. We had this company first- and they were not very good. Switched to Shentell wich was fabulous in customer service and much better cable quality. However, we were then switched back to Stellar. This company is THE WORST! They have horrible customer service and you can't pay your bill online- I hear they are finally adding that feature, but will probably charge you for it. My biggest complaint is I just left the apartment complex in Feb. Called and cancelled the service about a week before what I had paid was up. Of course they didn't give me back the overpayment.I was also told that I would owe nothing to ignore the next bill as it had already been sent in the mail. Two months later I get a bill charging me for March and April service! I call and of course the lady is bitchy, tells me she will have to research and talk to her manager before she can call me back. It's the SAME lady that I spoke to originally! I garuntee that she is the only person working in the office and the company is probably run out of somebody's basement. I say Run, Run, Run! Do not use this horrible company. I can't believe they are still in business!
