I purchased a new awning for these crooks, and within six weeks it have broken. The three stabelizing arms snapped. The woman who owns the business took forever to return calls, and then refused to repair the awning that had broken. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Cons: Horrible defective product more
