Ordered a kind sized bed in december of 2004... After many phone calls and countless "it should be there mid (january, february, march, april)" we finally got our bed frame 4 months after the original promised delivery date... And to make matters worse ONE phone call to tell us that it was delayed... We called them ourselves atleast 8 times in that whole 4 month span... Only to be passed from "manager" to "manager" and fed some stupid reasons "held up at customs".. Sure it was held up at customs... But don't you think if you knew that you should have contacted those that you're irritating? This happened to more than my family but I will never shop there for another piece of furniture again... Oh they did knock off some of the price but what an insult that was...
