Dr. Steiner takes time and explains what is going on during your eye exam. He never rushs and makes sure you understand. He assisted my Grandmother with a problem and made her feel like she was being a part of her care not being told what to do. He is a wonderful ophthalmologist. Currently there is a angry patient with a vendetta against Dr. Steiner going around and posting multiple mean and angry comments under various profiles on many different review sites. It is very sad that there is someone whom is so willing to attempt to tarnish someones good name because they are unhappy with their results and are unable to take the propper steps. This physician treated my eye with a hot needle and left permanent disfiguring blood veins and a yellow blister on my eyeball that is permanent. The white of my eye was zapped by his needle, saying he was treating my eye and left scarring that is permanent and made my eye look like a burn victim. He was very mean and hostile to me afterwards when I was crying and couldn't believe that a doctor would actually do this to a patient. He was in a HUGE hurry to get away from me after scarring my eye for life. He billed my insurance company over 700 dollars for this and there was nothing I could do to stop him after calling my insurance company several times. Now my life is worse and I cannot look anyone in the eyes because of my own eye looking damaged and I am so ruined by this man. I hope this will help another patient from becoming harmed by him. Please find another doctor in your quest for an eye surgeon or eye vision doctor. Cons: Very hostile man more
