Great eye care and Great Staff. If you are looking for a eye doctor, in the Burien, Des Moines, Normandy Park, White Center, Shorewood (etc) area I suggest you look no further and give Dr. Steiner a call, at his BURIEN location.....\r Dr. Steiner is a wonderful eye doctor that provides an excellent standard of care. Lately he has become the target of one womans harassment. She is posting abusive comments on many many review sites and updating them on a weekly basis. There is basically no stopping her. I have tried contacting the sites myself weekly in an attempt to help Dr. Steiner clear his good name but some of the sites are just not capable of removing her slander in a timely manner. It is my hope that you will recognize her Internet stalking and take it upon yourself to create your own opinion about Dr. Steiner. He is very thorough in eye exams, and will always answer any questions you may have. There is no rushing you out of the office and you are never left wondering what is going on. In the event of an urgent eye need Dr. Steiner and his staff have never failed to work me in or a member of my family. Pros: Very Friendly Staff more

Stay away from this Dr. Michael Steiner. The worst experience I have ever had with any doctor in any field. He poked and prodded at my eye and ended up leaving me with permanent scarring around and in my eyeballs. He has zero bedside manner and was hostile and rude. He was not available for phone calls after he damaged my eye, his staff somehow dissappeared also. Find a new eye doctor and find someone else if you want any kind of cosmetic procedure done. He's got no business treating people anymore because they come out damaged and scarred permanently. Cons: this guy is a butcher, will harm your eyes more

Dr. Steiner takes time and explains what is going on during your eye exam. He never rushs and makes sure you understand. He assisted my Grandmother with a problem and made her feel like she was being a part of her care not being told what to do. He is a wonderful Ophthalmologist.\r \r Currently there is a angry patient with a vendetta against Dr. Steiner going around and posting multiple mean and angry comments under various profiles on many different review sites. It is very sad that there is someone whom is so willing to attempt to tarnish someones good name because they are unhappy with their results and are unable to take the propper steps. Do your homework please, before seeing Dr. Michael Steiner for ANY kind of procedure. As with me, you'll find a lot of disatisfied or disfigured patients. This guy promises things he cannot or will not keep. He will show you photos. His only motivation - MONEY! he will lie to get a client to sign and commit. Please don't be duped by this man as I was, there are scores of local surgeons who are far more talented. Cons: NO TALENT/NO SKILLS more
