Dr. Steinberg,\r Did you forget about our senior citizens? What happens when they need a procedures done and they are told 'if they don't pay the co-pay the procedure cannot be done!"" Most of our seniors are barely surviving on social security but if you keep up this policy for our senors they won't have to worry about it cause you'll be one of the people that put them in the dirt (literally) quicker. more

THUMBS DOWN\r I've been to the Tenaya facility numerous times for mammograms. The front office staff is friendly and professional. I've only had a couple of technicians that were gentle and patient. Most times they have acted like they hate their jobs. I've had ultrasounds, as well. Same story. I guarantee that women hate having mammograms far worse than the techs hate their job! But they get paid. Because the possibility of Cancer is foremost on a woman's mind, the professionals should exhibit a little empathy! \r more

HELPFUL HANDS!! 8/12/2010

My husband needed an MRI of the brain to see if he had any more M.S. lesions. Unfortunately, he is very difficult to scan because his neck is fused in a forward position, his lower back is fused and he has nerve damage in his extremities. He's also 6'6"" and 240lbs and unable to walk. In order to scan his brain, his hips have to be extremely elevated so his neck and head will lie flat. Two other places could not accomplish this but Sara, Ray and Susan at the Teneya office were were extremely helpful, re-sourcefull and managed not to show their frustration and got the job done! Thank you so much!! more

WRONG DIAGNOSIS!! MY 2 YEAR OLD SUFFERED!!! 7/16/2007

I brought my 2 year old in for xrays and they say that his arm was fine. The gentleman said that the xrays were negative. Anyways I asked for the xrays and he said that if the xrays are negative then I don't need them. My son suffered for 4 days. I finally took him somewhere else and they said my son had a broken elbow in 2 places!!!! I would never go back there again. Please stay away from them. I will be putting in complaints and they will be hearing from me!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pros: NONE!!! Cons: wrong diagnosis!!! go back to school and learn how to read the films!!! more

worst service ever. 7/6/2007

good luck trying to get a check reimbursement from this company, I went here in March of 07 and I am still having issues finding anyone helpful to reimburse me when I shouldn't have paid up front anyway. I wouldn't even recommend this place to my worst enemy. Stay away from the billing department and do not pay up front! Have them bill you and ok the bill with your insurance provider, this place is so sketchy my insurance provider even filed a complaint. I was impressed with how easy it was to schedule, and very happy about the packet of information they provided with clear and easy to understand instructions for each test to be performed.\r The technicians are very friendly and communicate clearly. I was treated with respect, and allowed privacy (sheet covering anything they were not working on directly). With certain procedures, I have found it is uncomfortable and felt exposed and violated - at Steinberg I felt that my dignity was left intact.\r With the CT scans and MRI?s, the technicians were very sensitive to patient comfort, and issues like claustrophobia.\r Excellent, and fast, CT machines.\r Pros: Easy to schedule, clean and comfortable facility, caring staff. Cons: For non-emergent procedures, sometimes a long wait for an appointment. more
