Extremely poor customer service. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and received pepper. When i called back, the lady on the phone insisted i was wrong and i had ordered pepper. After a few minutes they decided to send me another one. However, 30 minutes later they called to say they wouldn't do it because they were too busy. They refused to let me talk to the owner. After arguing for a few minutes, a gentleman said it would take an hour. Upset and starving at that point I said they needed to improve their customer service because it was ""lousy"". So he just said to forget about my pizza and hung up on me. I strongly suggest some training in basic customer service skills, since my complaint was wrongly handled since the beginning.
