I am a working college student, and because I did not answer the phone on the Friday before my appointment they cancelled with out informing me. When I showed up on time for my appointment they told me I would have to reschedule because I didn't answer my phone. I have never had a Doctor's office require me to answer my phone to make sure my appointment is reserved. They also left me no voicemail to ask to call back and even if I did call back it was Martin Luther King day on Monday so no one would of been there to answer. Like I said I am a working college student so no I cannot always answer my phone in fact in many of my classes my phone is required to be off. If I schedule an appointment I will be there. If for some reason it needs to be cancelled I will call YOU it shouldn't be cancelled because you called me. I definitely did not feel like a valued patient and plan to take my business else where. I would advise anyone who doesn't sit by there phone waiting for the doctors office to call to also take their business elsewhere.
