During a school trip I ate lunch at Stefano's. When we arrived with a bus load of teenagers a half an hour earlier than we had booked, we were surprised to find that they were already very well prepared for us. They had salads at each place setting, cups with ice, and a few selections of beverages. As I am vegan, I was happy when they told me that there was no cheese or milk products in the salad or dressing. Next they put a few pizzas on the table. I can't really say much about them because I don't eat cheese. I figured that was all they were going to bring out, but a few minutes later they set out a nice simple pasta and red sauce dish. Then came another pasta dish, more like a warm pasta salad. That was also vegan, and very delicious! They ended the meal with a choice of ice cream, cannolis, or fruit.
Not only was I impressed with the many options I had there as a picky eater, the atmosphere balanced nicely between a pizza parlor and a nice Italian restaurant.
