I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee that wouldn't start one night. The next morning it did but I took it in to have it checked and they couldn't find the issue, but most likely the start...

Service in a Service Buisness 2/19/2015

I arrived past closing on Saturday but was helped even thou everyone was ready to leave. I was not sure what tires I wanted so we talked about different options .I was impressed with someone in a service business actually giving great customer service.Dropped off on Tuesday as scheduled .Later I was called and told brakes were worn out .After talking about options I requested Raybestos over other brands.Expecting to get some excuse I was pleasantly surprised being told that they would find a supplier to handle that which they did.On picking vehicle up I was escorted out and stood back and watched as my car was cleared of snow. I am still in shock on getting such great service.I would highly recommend. more

It's close to home 2/10/2015

I was charged $18 more than my husband was when he got his tires put on his truck just a week prior to my visit, they had to dispose of all 4 of his tires and only 3 of mine, which should have made mine slightly cheaper not more expensive. I has there for almost an hour and a half. The guy did a good job with my tires and I'm pleased with that. I'm not sure if I would recommend a friend, maybe if they were male so they wouldn't be over charged like I (female) was. more

This business is close to my house and I pass by it every day. I thought I'd give it a try. The customer service is horrible. I will never come here again. It was so bad I considered calling to complain until I found out one of the people that helped me was the owner! He was so rude. I can't believe this place has customers. more
