Have been doing business with John for 15 plus years and my father before me....treat us well...no need to go anywhere else.

Worst

I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee that wouldn't start one night. The next morning it did but I took it in to have it checked and they couldn't find the issue, but most likely the start...

Once again, Steele's took an immediate need, an anticipated large outlay of cash and no choice and turned it into a quick morning sidestop. No large outlay of cash, peace of mind and an older car still running like a top. Not to mention the camaraderie of others in a similar situation. Another great job, Steele's! more

New tires for the CRV 11/27/2011

I was very pleased with the service and time it took to sell me the tires and have them on the car--about 35 minutes total. The gentleman even taught me how to read my tire's treads--that was great. So it was as great as my daughter told me it would be. Thanks. more

First Visit 11/23/2011

I'm a first time customer with John and his team, referred through a mutual friend. They took care of the tires and alignment I needed quickly, working me into the existing schedule without advance notice. I appreciated it and was back on the road in less than a couple hours, along with some recommendations on what else to take care of with the used car I just purchased. I'll definitely be returning. over the past 40+ years dealing with auto repair shops ,(last 7 with Steele's), I have never walked away feeling as though I was overcharged or had unnecessary work suggested to have done in order to inflate the final cost of repairs. As a matter of fact there has been at least 8 or 9 occasions that the problem was small or easily fixed I came away with a "no charge" bill.Adam Dixon is one of the most knowledgeable and caring individuals you will ever meet. He still does his work and goes about his job the old fashioned way-honestly.Once you give Adam the opportunity to service your vehicle you won't go anywhere else. more

Steering Wheel Shimmies 11/18/2011

You rotated the tires. My steering wheel now shimmies at lower speeds. 25-40 mph. I will bring up next week. more

Couldn't be any better 11/15/2011

I have used sevceral different auto repair places in my life with cars as old as 22 years. I have found that Steel's is always able to solve my problems in the shortest amount of time at a reasonable cost. I would rate them the highest on my list of auto repair facilities. They have always provided cost estimates for approval prior to doing the repair and have never surprised me with a bill that was in excess of the estimate. more

Belt Squeal 10/20/2011

I really believe one of the belts squeals. I will keep a ear on it. It just does it when the eng. is cold or wet. I will let you know. more
