Jon is a family guy that related to our goals and helped us learn what we needed to make a great choice. He truly cared about us and helping enjoy our time in Steamboat. We found Jon after seeing him quoted several times in the Steamboat Pilot because it sounded like he understood the market. He was very helpful in finding the right property and negotiating us the right deal.Thank you Jon. more

Great Help! 2/27/2012

My fiancee and I were looking for a townhouse or condo to rent, as we are just getting started and Jon Wade was able to help us out. He showed us a couple of places and we found a good 3 bedroom condo not too far from my work - glad we came to him, he did a great job with us. more

A pleasure to work with 9/23/2009

Good: Jon is honest, knowledgeable and we were quickly comfortable that he was on our side. We also thought it was important to work with a broker that is still active and closing deals on a regular basis because things have changed so much. Our first broker just didn't know what was going on so it was refreshing to find Jon.. Other: We have recommended him to two other friends who have also been happy with Jon.. more

Honest and Insightful 7/5/2009

I'l keep this short even though I could easily write more. We were referred to Jon by a knowledgeable friend of ours when we asked about buying a place in Steamboat. He asked us about our needs, goals and future plans then helped us get a grip on the market. It soon became clear that we could trust both his judgement and that he was looking out for us. We found a place we liked after about 1 year of working with Jon and he negotiated hard on our behalf. Thanks to Jon for helping us find a great place at an attractive price and for the peace of mind that comes from knowing we made the right decision for us. more
