Christmas Life Saver! 1/2/2012

Our 14 year old Lab had some major issues and got very ill all over our new white carpet in the living room two days before Christmas. We had a large dinner party scheduled the next night (Christmas Eve) and had to get the carpets cleaned. We called over 7 companies and no one would come out on such short notice. We did have NCC of Cary come in, after they finished , the carpets looked worse than they did before they cleaned them!!! To top it off they charged us $400 because this was an emergency!!! We are taking them to small claims court to get our money back. Now the good news, My wife Julie was very upset, crying. This is the room where our guest are to gather around our Christmas Tree. After a few more rejected phone calls, I contacted Steam Machine Carpet Cleaning in Apex, and although Tom and his crew were not accepting any additional jobs because of his heavy schedule , after I explained to Tom the problem, he and his son arrived at our home at 10:30 at night and took care of the problem within 1 hour. They not only got the carpets clean and like new again, the charge was only $185!!!!!! No emergency fees!! What a Christmas gift, to have a company take the time to do a job that none of the others would do. This was a prayer come true. Our guests enjoyed and nice Christmas Eve dinner, our carpets were clean, my wife was glowing with joy! GOD BLESS you Tom and your fine company for going above and beyond the call of duty... Happy New Year, Happy Customer!!! 1/2/2012

I first found Steam Machine Carpet Care here on Citysearch and checked out their website. I called and the service was very friendly. I booked an appointment for an estimate to clean 3 bedrooms and a hallway. I had some dog stains I never thought would come out. I am happy to say they did a perfect job and my house smells like new! AND the prices were very fair for the quality of service I received. Will definitely call again. more

Ugly to Clean, very good carpet cleaning 12/16/2011

I have the ugliest carpet in Raleigh! - A low cost contractor's grade , and it'snine years old, but I can't afford to replace it yet, so I called Steam Machine. The gentlemen who came to clean were exceptionally nice. I have a lot of really big furniture, but they were undaunted. They were professional, and what's more, they took the time a made my carpets clean! I was very impressed with the level of cleaning, - even my ugly carpets looked pretty good after the finished. I'd definitely recommend this company to you. more

Based on the reviews I read on Citysearch, I wanted to give this company a try. I was not disappointed. Tom is a professional and gave me the best service possible. The carpets I have are old and he made them look brand new. He gave me an excellent price and I would have paid more for the results I received. I will use Tom as long as he is in business and with the service he provides to his customers that should be for a very long time. more

When I first read these reviews, I thought that no company could have all 5 star reviews without any negitive issues. Great upholstery cleaning! 8/31/2011

We are so happy to have found these guys! Not only does my furniture look and smell 10 times better than it did before Steam Machine, they were very prompt, kind, helpful, honest and reasonable. I had one chair that I thought the cushion was ruined, it looks almost new now! I will continue to use Steam Machine for furniture and carpets. more

OK, the last company we used we Sears Carpet Cleaners, The problem we had with them was that their office was not able to give us an exact price and said we had to wait till the technicians show up. This worried us a little. Obviously when they showed up the began to vacuumed and spray the carpet with some soap. Then my wife asked about the price, they had already started the work ? assuming that we wanted to ?deep cleaning? that was 200.00 dollars more then they told us over the phone. So we asked them to leave. We called Steam Machine Carpet cleaning and they were a ?god send?. They told us about the company, the procedure and the PRICES they charge. We were able to schedule them that same day to clean the carpet that Sears did not. They were on time; Clean, Professional, and most importantly the price was exactly what they said over the phone. No BS at all!!!! : ) , we were very happy and actually had my neighbor get this carpet cleaned as well. That?s our story, Honest companies are hard to find -Steam Machine Carpet Cleaners is probably one of best in North Carolina. Thank you for the Perfect Job, Fair Prices and Great Company. more

Fantastic Service, Professional Employees 7/18/2011

Hi Everyone! I have used Steam Machine Carpet Cleaners for years, and they are the only company I am willing to use. I have a crippled dog and there have been accidents in the house. I had gone through four different carpet cleaning companies before trying Steam Machine Carpet Cleaners. They spent twice the expected time to fix mistakes made my myself and the other cleaning companies, and then gave me wonderful suggestions for keeping my carpets clean. Healthier Home! My two boys are allergic to dust so I need to make sure the carpet stays clean. Well, I am pleaseed that the cleaning detergents that the technician used were non toxic and good for people with allergies. I feel good knowing my boys can play on the carpet without worrying. more
