Steak 'n Shake

It's a good food who wants to enjoy of burgers, fresh never frozen meat! Waitresses are wonderful and always help you to choose your food, like today I wanted to order two burgers, but she said it's a lot of food to eat! ;-) I ate one with my husband, then we ordered again one hot burgers! Especially, inside was very clean today, and so dishes! I and my husband are not burger lovers, but we like to go there for some delicious burgers! more

The last two times I have been to this location, the wait staff have been new, and did not know what they were doing. One time I went, and our server could not even speak English - he had to have another person come over and translate what my husband wanted to order!! The last time I went, the girl that served us our food did not even bring drinks to us until we had already started eating our food. I got the chili, which needed to be re-heated because it was lukewarm. My mother got a grilled cheese and bacon sandwich that had one slice of bacon on it. NOT the best food in the world. I will say that we both ate dinner for $9.00, but I will NOT be going back anytime soon. Pros: Cheap Food Cons: Horrible service, mediocre food more
