Best of the Best 8/1/2002

I have been an avid burger lover for nearly 35 years and without a doubt I believe that Steak & Shake has the market cornered on burgers. Always fresh, real meat and grilled to perfection. The people associated with Steak & Shake all seem to be genuinely friendly, customer oriented and happy in the service they provide. When you add good service to excellent food..this makes it a great fast food restaurant. I have eaten at many locations in Indianapolis and always found the same great burgers with outstanding service. Pros: Fast, Real meat, Fresh more

The only problem with this restaurant is that there is only one in Anderson. It's clean, friendly and fun. Great food. Great people. This is not a fast food joint - it's a good food joint! Pros: Clean, Food is delicious, Great service Cons: Only 1 in Anderson more
